Organisations working with street children that share the same vision and objectives as Mobile School n.p.o. can apply for a mobile school with educational material from us to integrate into their outreach program. Mobile School offers their partner organizations: a mobile school with educational materials as well as training and coaching for their street educators.


How

Potential partners can apply for a mobile school by thoroughly filling in the application form and sending it, together with the requested attachments, to:
info@mobileschool.org
or to the non-profit organization Mobile School - Parkstraat 180 - 3000 Leuven -
Belgium.
On the basis of the received files, the non-profit organization Mobile School will start selection procedures in order to decide which projects will get a mobile school at their disposal. More detailed information about the application procedure can be downloaded here.


Loan agreement

A loan contract is drawn up at the placement of the mobile school. The mobile school
is put at the partner organization's disposal for an indefinite period. No financial effort is requested from the partner organization for the mobile school, the materials or the training. The non-profit organization Mobile School is responsible for the entire production costs, the transportation costs to the destination country and the costs for training the street workers.
By signing the loan contract the partner organization commits itself to realize a number of simple criteria included in this contract. If these criteria are being fulfilled, the schools will stay at their location and will never be removed.


Most important criteria

The criteria included in the loan contract grant the non-profit organization Mobile School the possibility to remove a mobile school from a partner that does not realize its commitments towards the street kids for one reason or another, and to relocate the mobile school for the benefit of an organization that does meet the objectives.

The most important criteria are:
The school should be used in the streets for a sufficient number of hours.
The school should be used in a dynamic and creative way.
The results should be evaluated and the non-profit organization Mobile School should be informed as agreed upon.

You can download a version of the loan contract here. The loan contract will always be adapted to the specific situation of a co-operation.

The non-profit organization Mobile School only invests by financing materials (the mobile school + educational material) and training. The partner organization is responsible for the daily organization of the mobile school. Mobile School is not able and will not put any funds at the partner organization's disposal that are necessary for the daily organization (e.g. the street workers' salaries, logistic costs for operation, repair and maintenance).
